EndActivation(ActivationId)

Explicitly ends a logical activation, recording Shutdown once. Stopping one instance never calls this implicitly.

GetEffectReceipt(EffectKey)

Looks up the first durable outcome without executing the effect again.

Records a terminal refusal or a successful effect without events or protected reads.
